Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ZOLATICKS platform.
1. Description of Service
ZOLATICKS is software infrastructure designed for systematic trading. We are not a broker, bank, or investment fund, and we do not provide financial advice or guarantee profits.
2. cTrader Authorization
By connecting a cTrader account, you authorize ZOLATICKS to access the account data necessary to provide platform features. You must explicitly grant permission through the official cTrader Open API OAuth flow.
3. Automated Trading
Where supported and authorized, the platform can perform automated operations based on user-configured strategies. The user assumes all risk and responsibility for the strategies they deploy.
4. API Limitations and Availability
The platform relies on external APIs (such as cTrader Open API). We are not responsible for downtime, execution delays, or API rate limits imposed by brokers or third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZOLATICKS is provided "as is". We disclaim all liability for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of the software.
